13 Untitled and Weird Poems – my new poetry collection

13 untitled and weird poems alok mishra collection poetry

Hello friends, I hope you all are well and waiting for the festivities to begin – Durgapuja and then a small wait for Diwali. Meanwhile, I have composed a few poems and created a poetry collection. The collection has been published as a Kindle E-book on Amazon. For the lovers of strange and weird poems, the collection will certainly be readable. I have put the title as 13 Untitled and Weird Poems. All the poems in the collection are short and random; however, a few curious readers will certainly find symmetry or a pattern if they want to.

This collection has occurred almost after 6 years that I wrote my first book which was rather amateur and whimsical in tone. I am sure the readers of modern poetry will find this short collection as a way forward. And that’s why, by writing this post, I am inviting all the readers of poetry from India and other countries to go through the thirteen short poems in the collection 13 Untitled and Weird Poems.

I hope that my attempt will be interesting for the readers who read it. I have tried to collect the thoughts which were random in nature and the most interesting thing (as many have told me) about this collection of poems is that it has been written in less than 1 hour! So, as a reader, one might feel the randomness and togetherness as well. If we analyse, even random is a pattern and we cannot deny it! That’s what my latest attempt tries to portray.

There are poems on life; there are a few on love; there are a few on the complex crisis of faith as well… and there are only a few poems in the collection – real few – only 13.

I leave my readers with this abstract cover of the book and I hope it will be seen with careful interest. Happy reading!
